Rimbaco Group Global Limited was incorporated in the Cayman Islands as an exempt company with limited liability on 28 February 2019. The principal business activity of the company is investment holding, and services as the listing vehicle for the IPO listing and the holding company of our group.
RBC International incorporated in the BVI as a limited liability company on 12 March 2019 and has been a directly and wholly subsidiary of Rimbaco Group Global Limited. The principal business of RBC International is investment holding.
Jade Forte was incorporated in Malaysia with limited liability on 18 August 2021 with no business activity. The principal business of Jade Forte is investment holding.
Rimbaco Property is one of our Group's operating subsidiaries, principally engaged in the hiring of construction equipment for Rimbaco Sdn. Bhd. It was incorporated as a limited liability company on 4 December 1990.
Rimbaco Sdn. Bhd. is our Group's principal operating subsidiary, principally engaged in the provision of general contractor services in West Malaysia. It was incorporated in Penang, Malaysia as a limited liability company on 17 October 1985.
Rimbaco Group Global Limited has an associated company, Mascolite Sdn. Bhd., incorporated in Malaysia on 18 July 1990. Its principal business is the trading of building materials, including partition board, gypsum board and ceiling board.
Team Salute is a wholly owned subsidiary of Rimbaco Sdn. Bhd. Its principal business is the provision of general contractor services. Team Salute was incorporated in Penang, Malaysia as a limited liability company on 22 July 2022.
