SFQ Global Limited Officially Completes Name Change

Recently, SFQ Global Limited (Stock Code: 01953.HK) has formally completed its name change, marking a new phase of the Group’s strategic upgrade.

Previously, the shareholders of the Company passed a special resolution at the extraordinary general meeting to approve the proposed name change. Pursuant to the Certificate of Change of Name issued by the Registrar of Companies of the Cayman Islands on 6 August 2026, the English name of the Company has been changed from Rimbaco Group Global Limited to SFQ Global Limited. The Chinese name “赛孚迅国际有限公司” is registered as the Company’s dual foreign name. The name change took effect on 6 August 2026.

Following the name change, the Company’s stock code on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited remains unchanged as 01953.HK. The trading stock abbreviations have also been updated accordingly: the English abbreviation has changed from “Rimbaco” to “SFQ Global”, and the new Chinese abbreviation is “赛孚迅国际”. The new stock abbreviations came into force on 7 September 2026.

This name change represents an important milestone in the Group’s strategic upgrade, which will better support the Group’s future business plans and long-term vision.
